Down Ballot Steal - The Whack-A-Mole Election

Trump outran the steal, 4 senate candidates and a dozen house candidates did not

Just log onto CNN.com or Fox and watch Sam Brown in Nevada lose a 10,000 vote lead to a 2,000 ballot loss - a spoonful at a time, from - you guessed it - mail-in ballots arriving after the election.

Nevada is a sewer of mail-in ballot fraud.

The voter integrity team we work with there is great, but underfunded and struggling.

Sam Brown’s plight is much the result of useless litigation in Nevada which had zero impact on mail-in ballots in 2024. Then there was the “clean the voter roll” movement which was equally ineffective.

In Nevada, like most states, the useless voter integrity groups sell the nonsense they are cleaning voter rolls of the dead.

First, they don’t because about nobody is taken off a voter roll any time soon. Second, the reason Sam Brown looks like he is going to lose a race he won is because the BS votes come from LEGAL ballots, to LEGAL people, at LEGAL addresses which are undeliverable.

Those Nevada voter integrity types use 1980s technology so they cannot see this in close to real time - so they claim it is not a thing.

Well, ask Sam Brown - because he isn’t being beaten by dead voters, he is being beaten by voters who moved but their ballot did not move with them.

Kari Lake in Arizona - same story, different way to steal it.

Trump won both states handily - and we are to believe voters waited in line for hours, worked a multi-page Arizona ballot, and voted for Trump then cross voted for the guy who dumped a 9 month pregnant wife for a hotter deal?

Doubt it.

Kari Lake does have some baggage with the Mike Lindell relationship - who is toxic to many Americans even if they like his pillows, dog beds and cushy slippers.

By the way, a major retailer just cancelled a big order. These are now on sale at a never heard of price!

Then there is Michigan.

Trump wins and Rogers, an unusually qualified candidate loses by 20 something thousand votes. Unlike Lake, Rogers has zero toxicity - he is a very qualified intelligence committee guy who would make a splendid senator.

But, the Lefties smoked him too.

The Lefties must have popped up in the wrong hole twice in Pennsylvania as it appears McCormick wins that one by a hair.

We don’t need to review this stuff with you. You readers watch the tube and already know all of this. So let’s skip the what and go to the why and the how.

Some early metrics are coming into focus - and our team first saw them in Wisconsin. The number of mail-in ballots coming in dwindled in Milwaukee from 4 years ago - in a very meaningful way.

Some of that may be because the former election director in Milwaukee was indicted for creating fake identities. You would think they would have chosen an address that had not too much visibility - and you would be wrong.

The election admin created fake addresses and tied them to the summer home of the Republican state rep pushing for election reform. You cannot make this stuff up!

Mail-in ballots were way down in Milwaukee because they know they are being watched as never before.

Here is the note from the lead attorney for the Milwaukee team (our side):

“Milwaukee was ground zero for the steal in 2020.

Today we had 108,000 absentee ballots vs 169,000 in 2020.

We showed the bad guys that voting phantom ballots will get you caught.

So they behaved.

Same in Penn. We targeted those two states and they delivered honest elections.”

What was different is that Trump ran ahead of the senate and house candidates in too many races. That alone is grounds for serious scrutiny. So while the teams were able to tamp down the BS ballots from ineligible addresses, two things happened.

1. There were still enough to beat the senate candidate in 3 or 4 states.

2. There remains an inventory in places like Nevada, where votes will come in until either Christmas Eve or when the Democrat wins - whichever comes first.

This is why 2024 is the Whack-A-Mole election.

Remember, about 60 days ago we started the StopBogusBallots.com site and dug in to gather the intelligence, provable in a court, that people were casting ballots from ineligible addresses - either the address was a BS one like a Walmart or a real one from which they signed an official U.S.P.S. document (this is important later) saying they split for out of state.

We did that for Pennsylvania and Wisconsin - but we happen to have, or can get quickly, the data for most swing states.

One of the down ballot campaigns called and they are behind a few thousand votes, in a state Trump won, and they may want to make a fight of it. So, now let’s go into what is happening behind the scenes.

We are updating this effort daily on StopBogusBallots.com - so do not email me if we say something different there two days from now - we are in a legal/data analysis foxhole and stuff changes by the hour.

They may choose, after all, to take a pass. It is not a sure fight quite yet.

We can show there are 200,000 mail-in ballot requests coming from locations to which a ballot either cannot be sent (undeliverable), or is a BS location (gas station) or is ineligible (the guy moved). 200,000

The candidate is behind by fewer than 30,000 votes. A lot fewer.

Next we take the cast ballot roll (who voted). Those votes have been COUNTED!

We use Fractal analysis to show that of the several million cast ballots (counted) 100,000 or so come from an ineligible location - described above.

What comes next is fascinating - and we will cover it if they decide to take this unprecedented step - which will be known in a couple of days!

What happens when advanced analytics can prove tens of thousands of ballots were cast in a race with a current margin under 30,000 - and those ballots could NOT have been cast by the addressee?

We are about to find out.

While the lawyers are diligently laying out a complicated, but innovative strategy, we data guys wonder what happens when we publish the list (not names) of these clearly ineligible ballots. Will people begin to understand how bad the voter rolls are?

Will political organizations finally take seriously the problem of mail-in ballot inventories accumulating at undeliverable addresses?

Will national voter integrity movements see their decades long scam of raising money to “clean” voter rolls, that never get clean - finally be outed?

Some of those questions are coming into view.

The StopBogusBallots.com site has a number of interesting lawsuits - and several of them had a material impact on the Milwaukee and other dense urban mail-in ballot counts.

In 2024, due to the work of that team - led by Peter Bernegger - it became way too risky to dump ballots en masse where needed.

When you show up in person a week before an election, with spreadsheets in hand, to challenge thousands of ineligible addresses - at the Milwaukee election commission - it is impactful.

More impactful are the 140,000 challenges made months before.

The impact was palpable - about 60,000 fewer mail-in ballots from Milwaukee, the epicenter of the problem.

It is a first step and it had impact in 2024, but going forward the team is committed to outing these problems in several other states. Maybe helping out in a senate or house election is a way to start.

In 2024, many down ballot candidates needlessly lost when Trump won.

Part of this is because Trump is a phenomenon - like no other. Still, the difference in the voting patterns - particularly in Arizona and Michigan - raise some serious issues.

All of this could have been avoided if we had been able to be in business a year before the election - but alas, here we are and those are the way the cards are going to get played.

As data guys we don’t predict anything except that all states’ elections are wildly inaccurate. We do not predict anything about lawsuits.

But we believe this.

Maybe finally somebody needs to challenge a big election with provable data in front of a decent court (which we may have) and show for all America the total bullshit happening in 2024 in the down ballot races.

Win or lose in court, we can win in the public eye and more of this will be stopped.
