Also- Jerome Corsi and Andrew Paquette have done some amazing research with the algorithms. It's way too high tech for me, but maybe JV understands what they're doing and will comment.

So... I've been reading Jay's articles for awhile... commenting liberally over the last few months... talking about what to do and how to do it... and, like Jay, I've tried to engage the Trump team, only I limited my attempted engagement to AZ, and I've had no luck.
But, now, I'm wondering... if we can't get the Registrar of Voters in places like Maricopa County to clean up the voter roles... preventing the ballots from going out to undeliverable addresses... well, I'm wondering... why not put some effort into filling these positions with people that WILL start do the job?
Take an all of the above approach... work from the outside AND the inside. Accept that we won't win all of the races but that we try to get one win at a time... use each win to implement real solutions and show how it's done as well as what benefits we'll get from it. See how we can get the offices filled with the right people and use Jay's tools to clean things up.
I know it's too late here in Maricopa County to try to run someone for that office but... why not do it for the offices that will be filled in 2026?
If the Dems are cheating, and all the evidence points to that, win or lose they won't stop with this year's election... they're going to keep doing it until we stop them.
Dieter- I have some experience with NYS boards of election. Sad to say but because our state has been taken over by the Dems and because the feckless Republicrats are useless, the voting aka cheating is rampant and may never be solved.
The cheating is set up from top to bottom: from the NY State board of elections to each individual county BoE. We have tried to force the state BoE to clean up the voter rolls with irrefutable evidence that there are hundreds of thousands of phantom and /or illegal voters but haven't had any luck getting them removed.
Until the GOP cleans up its act, we will continue to have election that do not reflect the will of the majority of people who live in this state and who are Trump supporting conservative Repubs like myself.
NYS and other blue states aren't the ones I would target first. There are plenty of red states that make sense to go after including GA, TX, and AR, these are the easy targets.
The idea is to build successes... really figure out and show both how it is done as well as building a database of 'results' data that includes if, and how, it changed the voting results.
While we might 'know' how this will turn out, and I think we do, then we can use the results data as leverage to go after the other 'easier' targets.
I think that I understand Jay's work... as far as it goes... but, as a person that can ACTUALLY produce what Jay produces... assuming I had the money to purchase the lists that he's able to purchase... I honestly don't need anybody to explain it to me.

Too bad that everyone waited till the last minute to embrace JV's tech and get him some money. It may turn out that his work will actually save our Country and help elect President Trump.
One of the sad truths of the software industry is that once someone figures out a solution to the underlying process issues is that the barrier to entry, coding-wise, is extremely low and once someone has figured out what to do then almost anybody can do it. In Jay's case, I'm not even sure if he and his company were the ones that came up with the approach.
True the Vote has a database that looks pretty similar to what Jay has... maybe not the same hardware to do the job in seconds but they have something like his. And, TTV has been doing things like finding dozens of people at houses and such that shouldn't have that many people... I first got interested in this when I saw something from them about just this kind of thing and that was 4 or 8 years ago, not 2 years ago.
But, why aren't I doing the same thing as Jay is doing? The money is the single biggest issue, most of the data that he's accessing costs money... a lot of it! The hardware that Jay is using costs money, although if we don't need near-real time access to the data (and we don't) then we can get by without the big hardware he has and still do the work within, I suspect, 24 hours which should be more than enough to do what needs to be done.
Also, considering that any real analytical approach requires multiple cuts of the same data, monthly up to 2 months before the election and then weekly for another four months, the amount of money needed is in the tens of millions when done for the whole country. I suspect that much of the data Jay uses is collected, and paid for, by someone else... I know the Wisconsin folks have collected much, if not all, of the money for the data that Jay talks about.
In 2020 I talked to the Trump folks in NV and suggested a version of Jay's approach (Nevada's voter data is free... well, at least Clark County's is free) but they felt that if they could import the data into Excel and look up records that that's all they needed and selling them on this approach was impossible.
Remember, what I've said is that there is both TECH and TECHNIQUE necessary to do this work and the TECHNIQUE is the hardest part of it... I didn't just pull that out of thin air, I've tried to get something like this approach adopted before and their approach to data and solving the problems, that is... the techniques, was such that selling big data solutions to them was about on a level of difficulty as selling snow blowers to people living in the tropics... if they don't (think) they have a need for the data because they are doing something else, you can't sell them your solution.
Jay's having exactly the same problem, only he's got a bigger soapbox, and a bigger target audience, than I had back in 2020... I've worked with massive databases for clients but it was always on their hardware and, more importantly, their proprietary data... data that they had spent millions or tens of millions of dollars collecting. Surprisingly, the problem of TECHNIQUE, i.e. having an organization and processes in place to maximize the TECH component's usefulness, can be as big of a problem in industry as it is in the election integrity field.
Anyway... being able to do what Jay's doing isn't tied only to Fractal, it is tied to what I've been discussing here for months... tech and technique and the tech Jay's using, while impressive in both the software and his knowledge of it, has as its biggest hurdle the mindset and intention of the people that he, and other organizations like TTV, are trying to sell into.
But, without money, and lots of it, no one person can jump in and do what Jay's been doing and... even with all of the money that the groups in Wisconsin and elsewhere bring to the table to purchase the data, the national political parties had a different approach to this problem, one that didn't involve big data analytics to work the problem they saw, and see.
